Hmmmm.

Well, Jackie is dead. I see no point in blaming her or ragging on her, for that matter. Who does this affect? Maybe Caroline, if she hears this song, I hope not, really, what did SHE do?

People do strange things when someone sitting next to them gets their head blown off. This revisiting JFK's death seems like a distraction to me. I could be wrong, of course. But I'm more concerned with all the dead people in Gaza, and the idea that there are about to be a LOT MORE dead people in Gaza (and Ukraine), and surely elsewhere, too. Just sayin.

It is an allegory, wherein a narrative effigy is created to encapsulate the shortcomings of the public at large. It illustrates those shortcomings such as staying silent in the face of a ridiculous official narrative. Each one of the accusations is allegorically tied to a sin of the public.

The revenge/jealousy represents the faction of the public that disliked him based on political lines and failed to question the narrative.

The line about not living up to being a dead president's wife aims at the other half of the political divide because they failed miserably in their loyalty to their assassinated party leader.

The opening lines are about the public who remained silent about the ridiculousness due to the economy keeping them satiated.

Perpetual war, perpetual death represents the very real consequences of everyone going along to get along, you know, the series of wars we were lied in to by the same people behind the shooting. and that is tied to everything going on now. The line about "seeing people telling the truth as fucking insane" is the invention of the term conspiracy theorist by the CIA in order to discredit anyone questioning the JFK narrative at first, but now it is used to discredit every person questioning any government policy or statement.

So no, I am not really blaming Jackie Onassis for the assassination. It's a punk song.

The timing of my putting the video up is due to me just realizing I had an earlier version of the song posted a while back and this audio is the final version as well as the timing of the release of the JFK files, which will still not be all the files, because they will keep the incriminating ones hidden. The whole release schedule was always a red herring.

The incriminating files were never going to be released, but of course, the FBI has fucked up on that in the past. Such as the Guy Hotel memos on the Roswell aliens as well as their plan to smuggle Hitler out of Germany via operation overlord. They did put those files into their public vault so who knows. They may fail at redaction again.

Okay, whatever. I would like to know the truth about thousands of issues, but for me, right now, it’s still a biggo distraction, in my opinion.

And I’m not sure very many people besides yourself would think of it as an allegory, etc. Just sayin’.

Such is the curse of art*. I can only explain my thought process behind making it, but meaning is always in the eye of the beholder.

*using this term really loosely. I am fully aware that it is just a punk song, profanity and all.

I enjoy your excellent use of language, and your intelligence. That doesn't mean I expect the two of us to see eye-to-eye on everything! That would be amazing. I often am accused of being "angry," but it's just the way I write, usually. When I am actually angry, it's pretty obvious, even for me. ;) I'm not angry with anything you've said. Just to be clear. I tend to be rather clipped, when I'm not being a comedian. Cheers.

I once, accidentally, founded a cult. It's a long story, but the take away for me was that I now go out of my way to not be around people that agree with me on everything. I've found that in doing so, it ensures that most of my opinions can stand up to challenge. It's a bonus.
